Sharing an apartment is an option to cut accommodation costs, specially if your stay spans for several nights. Diving the cost by the number of guests offers obviously substantial savings.

In the case of the Residence Garden apartments (1,2 Km. from the venue), a 3 bedroom costs 140 €/night, and a 4 bedroom with 2 bathrooms costs 170 €/night.

However, in a event with dozens of attendees, it is not easy matching other apartment-mates with compatible characteristics interested in sharing for a particular period.

The organizers are happy to put in contact people interested in sharing apartments.

Once the people matching conditions is placed in contact, they should agree details among them, and they also must book the apartment by their own way.
